Zippy Saw Industrial Co., Ltd. was originally founded in 1940 and reshuffled in 1970 in Taiwan, in order to meet demands; Shangyu Zippy Garden Tool Co., Ltd. was established at Shangyu, Zhejiang, China in 2001.
